Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. To start a return, email support.wearellas@gmail.com with your order number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Contact us and we'll help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
